Holistic Health Consultations

The path of natural healing can be an exciting journey. With proper guidance and patience, an individual can achieve optimal health benefits with herbs and nutrition. Since some conditions may have been manifesting for years, the journey of rebalancing and nurturing the system through plants does take time and commitment. Also, as with any journey into the unknown, a guide is helpful and supportive. My role is to be your personal guide. I teach and utilize the Western Herbal tradition, which originated in native American cultures then became intertwined with traditions brought overseas by European settlers. I rely on the support of many local medicinal and nutritive plants, as well as those found in other parts of the North America, and still others originating in Europe, Asia and South Amerca. I look forward to advising you and guiding you on your journey towards optimum health!

The Consultation Process

When you schedule your first appointment, you will receive a detailed health history form to complete and bring to your initial visit. During this initial visit we will discuss health objectives, and how to achieve them with herbs, nutrition and lifestyle changes. I will then design a formula to specifically fit your needs and provide you with a health guide to refer to until your next visit. Clients with chronic concerns are encouraged to schedule a series of 2 additional visits within a 12 week period. Thereafter periodic monitoring is advised, depending on individual need.
